REFLECTION!

This term in art lessons with Mrs Sanburg, I have learnt to create wonderful and inspiring shapes with dots. I learnt how to put texture, shape, line, tone and rythm into a painting! I have also learnt how to draw fruit but it doesn't have to be the same as picture you use! we have also learnt how to make a painting stand out by just adding differnt colours, shapes and texture.
I have also definetly learnt from Mrs Sanburg to put epth into my painting just to make it a little bit differnt to the actual picture we got it from and to make it unsual and special!

SPACE!

                                                     Negative Space VASE-

COLOUR!

                                                                Colour of Nature-

Colour Definition-

-  The quality of the light producing this aspect of visual perception.

BALANCE!

This sculpture is an example of balancing color asymmetrically. The smaller red cherry has more visual weight than the neutral grey of the spoon, even though the spoon is larger than the cherry.

Reflection on this Year so Far!

In Visual Art this Year i have learnt alot from Mrs Sandburg and Auntie Sally.
They have both influenced me in my painting techniques! They have also tought me that "nothing is impossible" and to never say "I cant" because you always can!

When Auntie Sally came in with her lovely techniques of painting it really spoke to me! She also tought me alot of Indigenous colours and how to make shape with dot bottles of Paint!

Mrs Sandburg also tought me how to put shape into my painting and how to motivate it! she also tought me to never give up and make my painting speak to the viewer!

This Year so far has been great i have basically learnt how make shapes in my painting and i have learnt a lot of indigenous painting tips! I have also learnt how to use texture, line, tone, colour space, shape and balance in my paintings!
I Have Loved learning and painting my indigenous Rasberry this year so far!
